Purchase fireworks from reputed manufacturers and authorized sellers only.
Light only one firework at a time, by one person. Others should watch from a safe distance.
Always have an adult present when children are around fireworks.
Keep two buckets of water nearby – in case of fire or any mishap.
Never try to make or modify fireworks at home – it's extremely dangerous.
Never try to re-light or pick up fireworks that haven't fully ignited.
Never carry fireworks in your pockets – friction can trigger them.
After a display, never pick up leftover fireworks – they might still be active.
